Today I am SO grateful for ALL OF YOU !!! Obesity Help is such a AMAZING website and I am SO grateful for. I am grateful for everyone that I have met at the OH Conferences and here online. Lots of people say that they have nothing to be grateful for. That is NOT a true statement. They have a computer....electricity....are alive and breathing. That alone is something to be grateful for. Life gives us NO guarantees. We shouldn't take things for granted because we have no guarantees that they will be here tomorrow. I am SO grateful for all the support and encouragement on these messageboards. PLEASE share with us if you will what you are grateful for today. Have a blessed day.
Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

My surgeon so I am in the process of getting in to a new surgeon's practice-- not easy with my insurance and many surgeons refusing to do follow up with patients who have already had the surgery from another surgeon)... My surgeon's office said I need an ultrasound to make sure all the stitches are still there, but was pretty confident that it's just muscles tugging against the port's stitches-- causing bruising and bleeding under the surface, which is the pain and soreness I am feeling.
They said this happens pretty often and no amount of exercise or working through the pain will stop it-- infact continuing the exercise could rip one of the stitches... :/
