I have a whole jug of the vanilla premier protein powder but I can't find many shake recipes for it? Everything I find uses the premade shakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you feel like quitting, think of why you started.

I've never used the powder, but I would guess that if you add the recommended amount of water or milk that you could substitute it for the premade in the recipe.

I used Unjury's vanilla powder once and wasn't a fan of it, so I'd put in a tsp or two of sugar free coffeemate to flavor it after I had the protein powder dissolved. My favorite was the sugar free Italian sweet cream.

I use protein powder, since I have been going to the gym I was advised too from my PT, its good to repair muscles and if you mix fruit with them then they can fill you up. With mine I always put apples and strawberries its really good!
