Rice Crispie Treats

Does anyone have a knock off recipe that WLS patients can have that is like a rice crispie treat? I hav'nt really craved any sweets but this is something that I've really been missing. Thanks. Lisa

hi Lisa, I know you can buy sugar free marshmallows online but rice crispy's have sugar in them .....but then again a lot of post-ops eat low doses of sugar...i'm not one. I have found that protein bars like southbeach and some of the carbwise flavors are like rice crispy treats..very tasty too. good luck Audra 384/162/150

Thanks Audra, I'm hoping that eventually all of the ingredients that are needed will soon be made with splenda. The family likes them so I figured I'd give it a try. Lisa
