You weight will flucuate from hour to hour depending on what you have eaten, bathroom habits, etc. I usually weight about 3 lbs more at night then I do in the morning.
What I have noticed, with me anyway, is that my weight will stay exactly the same, to the ounce, for several days until I lose some more, then it will stay exactly the same for a few more days or however long it takes to lose more weight. I rarely have lost weight 2 days in a row. For example, I have weighed 133.8 for about 5 or 6 days in a row. Not 133.6 or 133.9, but 133.8 on the dot. Can't figure that out but since I am near the end of my weight loss it takes longer to lose any weight at all. Last weight lose I had was 0.6 lbs.

Just a heads up, your weight loss is going to slow down and may even stall for a littlel bit.  Around 3 weeks after surgery many people hit the dreaded 3 week stall.  Your weight may stay the same for a few days or a few weeks.  It is very normal and won't last forever.  Stalls are common around 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 6 months.  It would be great if the very fast weight loss would continue but alas it is not meant to be.  Depending on your starting weight you may still lose up to 10lbs a month.
