I don't use the OH one. I have heard how to update on the other boards but don't remember what was said. Try asking on the main boards or send a message to help.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
