Revision under kaiser

Hello everyone, I was wondering has anyone ever had a revision through kaiser? 

I have a second opinion appointment next week.  I had my vs done in 2011, I have had stomach issues for the last year.  They discovered that I have a hernia and the Dr wants to do a revision to the rny.  So it's been approved by the Dr, just not by me. I want to see if the hernia can be repaired.  

I had a lap band placed in 2010.  I have lost and kept off over 100lbs.  However, for the past couple years I have had horrible reflux, upset stomach and vomiting at least once a day.  I have had my band adjusted so many times.  Fluid in to tighten, good a month then all of the sudden I would get sick... the fluid out.. feel better... fluid back in a couple months it all happens again...  I am worried about the long term effects on my esophagus and my teeth from the vomiting...  I have an appointment with the surgeon tomorrow to see what he thinks.. he is my ultimate decision maker... it's yes/no and I have Kaiser...  we will see...
