Has anyone dealt with anthem approval to get a revision from realize band to rny?
I had no problems with Anthem, they paid 100%, I paid nothing.
What issues did you have. I have two chronic ulcers and a weak esophagus. Vomiting and can't get down healthy food. I am seven years out
I have Anthem BC and they approved the removal of my band within 5 days. I haven't submitted yet for the revision portion.
