After struggling with the band for so many years, I am finally seeing the results of clean eating and exercise. I feel GREAT! The downside, if there is any, is my clothes don't fit and nothing looks right. I went to my local thrift stores and nothing looked good to me. PATIENCE and I want it now....lol
I am happy I had the LP removed and got the VSG, so far, so good. Best of luck to all of you!

I hear you about clothes not fitting! Isn't that a great problem to have? Glad to hear everything is going well. Keep up the great work!
