RnY to Lap Band

Has anyone out there had the RnY and will be getting a Lap Band put on? I had the RnY in 2002 and due to the mechanical failure of my stoma size increasing, my surgeon will be fitting me for the Lap Band. I am just wondering if there is anyone else is the same boat! Love, KathyB.

Hi Kathleen, Have you been approved for this? I just got my approval yesterday. I am approx 6 years post of the RNY.
