Some of the girls at work eat greek yogurt with PB mixed in. I haven't tried it but the stats on it look good.

How about ricotta cheese with SF jelly mixed in?

Scrambled eggs are 50/50 for me, sometimes they're good and sometimes their not. Poached eggs however, no issues so far.

I'm not much of a breakfast eater. I just have a protein coffee.

Are you eating too early, maybe?

Drink frist, and see how that goes, then try eating.

I eat breakfast about 10AM.  Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are both friendly choices.  Julian bread is good, if you feel like spending the money.
