sugar alcohols
Should be listed in percentage under carbs section, but also look on the ingredient list of anything than ends in "-ol" will be a sugar alcohol. It may have sucralose (splenda) as sweetner....

You need to count sugar, not sugar alcohols...but you need to watch the intake of the SA's, because they will make you sick in a high dose...I can eat sugar, but the SA's floor me.
