well today at work my surgeons office called me telling me my insurance approved me for my april 12th surgery. yay! first day so far of preop diet has been fine - although i suspect the first couple days at least for me, will be fine. but i am sure around day 5 or 6 i will start to struggle.

Good for you. I am glad you got a date that wasn't too far away. I am on day 5 of my pre-op diet. It hasn't been to bad. I have surgery on Monday. I'll be looking for you on the losers bench. Good luck.

Congrats!!! I know you must be excited. My surgery date is scheduled for 4/19 and I don't think that date can come quick enough. I wish you the best.
