Stuck or just too much?

So I have been good with measuring everything I eat and I have had no complications at all. Tonight I ate some meat (which I had before with no problems). I did not measure because I only intended to have a few bites. Well I feel like I swallowed a rock and it's just sitting there in the middle of my rib cage. Within 5 minutes it came back up. Is this typical if we eat to much or if we don't chew enough or eat too fast? Even after being sick I still feel like there is something there.

I would think it would be a combo of both but mostly not chewing enough.

I personally have not thrown up anything to date but I have felt like I would.... It's always from not chewing (with me)

Yup, this happened to me a lot after I started solids. Too much or too quick or not chewed enough and

yep....either too much, not chewed well enough or too fast. Pick which one it was for you or any combo. It happened to me about 3 times early post op. I learned real fast because the feeling is horrible!

I experienced the "food-stuck-in-my-pouch" last year.  It was weird!!!  I had to stand up, jiggle and wiggle my body until the food finally went down!

I was eating a salad for lunch and yes, I am a fast eater.

That was so strange.
