Good fish recipes?
Great cook book if you are looking for recipes..Eating well after weight loss sugery. Has this and some other great recipes you might like. I love this one..
1 lrg cucumber seeded and peeled
1c plain yougurt (I use greek)
1 1/1 tsp fesh mint
1/2 tsp chopped garlic (I use a jar one in water)
Grate the cucumber and squeeze out extra juices in a papertowel throw in food processor with all other ingredients and blend away! Cook your fish with a little lemon juice and pepper (I use swordfish but I'm sure what ever you like will work) how ever you like it and sauce it up!

This is one of my favorites. I've used regular cod and halibut with this recipe.

It's got some sugar in it, but I use a little less than the recipe calls for and a little more miso paste. I don't really dump, so I can handle it and when you break it down to a WLS friendly portion, it can't be all that much anyway.
Also, if you have a Trader Joe's near you, one of my favorite things is the Crab and Cheese stuffed flounder. You just defrost it for an hour, wrap it in tin foil and then bake it for about 20 minutes or so. I eat it with a greek yogurt based 'tartar sauce' I make. It's just me, so that's all I'll make for dinner when this is on the menu.
Hope this helps!
