My paperwork and letter was sent to AVMED
Wooohoooo.... my letter was sent to Avmed on Monday! This process has been a little long but well worth it. I cannot wait until I hear back from them. Does anyone have AVMED State of Florida Employees Healthcare? Today I logged in and to my surprise an authorization number has been assigned. Can't wait to contact hem tomorrrow for more info.

Congrats...I don't have AVMED hopefully you will hear good news from them. I have UHC hopefully they will approve it fast. My paperwork was hopefully sent in today.. The lady at my Dr's office called today and told me they didn't have my psych evaluation. grrr they should have faxed it 2 weeks ago.. So I hurried and called the Psychatrist and had them fax it then called to make sure she got it.... So hopefully she still sent it today....
