ok, during the day I am managing the suckage that is RH. Now it's waking me in the night though. It sucks! What do I do to get the most hours of sleep without my sugar tanking?

Try a higher fat, higher calorie protein snack right before bed....keep a cheese stick, or peanut butter at the bedside in case you do wake with a low blood sugar. I hope this helps a little, and that this passes quick!
I will try that. God, this is a nightmare. No matter how well I'm trying to manage it, it just rears it's head constantly. I'm beginning to go insane. Maybe I need to go see an endocrinologist.
