last month i ordered all my vitamins and somehow misplaced my b12 sublingual. i remember which one i ordered from celebratevitamins but i'm ordering protein from vitalady so might as well just order from there. but i don't know how many mcg i would need.

I buy mine at Walmart. Spring Valley brand, 2500mcg ea*****herry flavor for $5. Its a 60-count bottle.

I get mine from Walmart or Kroger. They are 500mcg and I take two each day.

I was told to take 500MCG per day. I ordered mine from Drugstore.com, 100 count, Nature's Bounty $6.50
