HI everyone, I am looking for some optifast if anyone is wanting to sell some.
I live in the Kingston area but depending on where you live I will drive.

I had my first group meeting in March. Just waiting for the call to meet with the dietician.

I am 47, 5ft 2 inch femail, BMI 47. I have been overweight the past 10 yrs and just hate myself for it. I know I have an eating problem, I just keep eating...so I really need to get myself under control.

I live in Toronto and I have one box of Vanilla flavoured Optifast (14 packs) left over.  I assume you are meeting with a team in Toronto.  If that is the case, you can always let me know and you can pick it up, free of charge.  I had my surgery March 23rd, and I won't be looking to drink anymore Optifast...lol
