greek yogurt!
at my nut's suggestion, i've been eating the already flavored greek yogurts from chobani/oikos but looking at my daily calorie intake, i'm starting to feel like it's not even worth it because they range from 130-160 calories which isn't TOO bad but i need some lower calorie options!
which brings me to my question: what do you mix with your plain greek yogurt?
i've tried mixing crystal light in it and it doesn't taste too bad but i'm not a huge fan of it. i usually eat my greek yogurt with a bit of fiber one as a pre-gym snack so i need ideas that would make it taste good as a stand alone snack!

I actually nuke the frozen berries so they are defrosted, (a little frozen still) addd the splenda, mix in the yoghurt and nosh away...today I added a spoonful of ground flax meal too, and that was a yummy fiber-filled addition.

Rather than doing the Greek Yogurt why not try Kroger's Carb Master, that is if you have a Kroger store close by. They have 8 g protein, most have 1.5 g fat, 4 carbs and 60-80 calories per six oz. They make them in several flavors, peach, blackberry, cherry, strawberry bananna, spieced pear, tropical, raspberry, and carrott cake that is what I can think of off the top of my head.
