If you have the time to watch this lecture on why we are so obessed with our sugar consumption, this will be informative!  I leaned a lot.  Tom is pretty entertaining, too.

I watched all 5 yesterday.  It is a great series.  The first 3 dispute the high fat = heart disease myth.  4 and 5 explain why/how we are addicted to food and carbs.  I highly recommend it.

I'm glad you watched.  I only wish I saw this say, 10 years ago. 

If you liked this one, try out "Sugar, the bitter truth." on youtube also.  That one is not split up in parts, but is very interesting and expands on what Tom said.
