Losing Hair

So it has begun, every morning when I brush my hair after showering I pull out clumps of hair.  It is not coming out in patches, but a good bit is coming out.  Has anyone tried Ovation Cell Therapy?  Does it work?

Can anyone make me feel better because i am starting to panic about it.  I wasnt great at getting my calories or protein in the beginning, but I am much better about it now.  Will that help my hair come back?  My hair is the one part of me I have always liked, i really dont want to lose it.

Thanks

I'm in the hair loss stage now, and I'm being very diligent in regards to getting my protein in, as I've heard that it helps a lot! I have never tried OCT though. My hair loss now is just like my hair loss when I was pregnant and/or breastfeeding with my boys. I'm not too concerned about it yet.

I've always been good about my vits and protein and have been doing biotin, 10,000 u a day from the beginning and my hair is still falling out. I haven't lost handfulls but it has been a steady loss for a few months. I should be near the end of the normal time for losing hair.  Until recently, I have really babied my hair, trying not to do anything too rough to it to try to keep it on my head.  My hairdresser said this week to start brushing every chance I get to simulate the scalp.  I am but I can imagine brushing all my thin hair out of my head.  Yuck.  Everyone says it comes back so I am hoping it really will.

I've heard prenatal vitamins can help this.  I haven't run into this...yet:(  My sister is 3 years out, her hair has grown back to almost it's original thickness.  Good luck!

I had surgery the week before you and I just started losing hair last week. Last week was not that much, but definitely noticeable. This week I actually freaked a bit. I lost so much hair one day that I was sure I'd be bald by next month. My doctor and Nut said that it's normal and there's nothing you can do about it other than getting your protein in, but other people swear by biotin.

All I took was biotin. No hair therapies etc. Mega dosed since its water soluable and od is not an issue. I always got the protein but calories were low in the begining too. It does grow back but it looks like I'm a lifer on biotin.
