Stuck...any suggestions?
Honestly. I have not excercised like I should so my situation may not apply to yours. But I was at a stall and fluctuated in it the last few weeks, more like 3 weeks. I upped my liquids and calories and I lost about 7 pounds in 4 days or so. Maybe your body is in starvation mode and holding onto everything i can so upping the calories may be what it needs to spur some loss. I just added a bit more fats into my diet. I ate a slice of bacon a day , more dairy and protein. Good luck to you, it's frustrating but remember you are probably loosing inches still, even though I have not dropped tons of weight I have lost quite a few inches.
