We had a very specific meal plan, in fact, at 6 months, still do. It has changed some as we have worked through the phases. In the beginning, I didn't plan because the offerings were pretty limited. Now I plan for the day, 4-5 meals 2oz protein, 2 oz veggies, 2 protein drinks. I try for variety in my protein. Today, I have had chicken, ham, egg and turkey sausage tonight. I try to not have more than 1 starchy veggie or ww bread a day. Today it was lima beans at lunch. I see the calories because I track my food on the nutrition tracker on this website but if I do what the plan calls for, I don't need to count anything but protein to be sure I am getting around 100 gms.
