One Year Surgiversary! Before and After Pics

One year surgiversary today...so thankful that I made this choice!  So many changes in just a year and am looking forward to summer for the first time in years.  I have 9 lbs still to go until goal but I will continue to work my tool and see where I stop.  I will definitely continue with my new found loves of running, biking, tennis and hiking along with my old loves of swimming and kayaking.  I will also work on new activities like resistance training (started 2 days ago still walking funny), spinning, yoga and pilates.  The more physically active my life the better for me and my DH!  The best gift is my health but a close second is the impact that these shared activites have had on my relationship with my DH.  Closer now than we have been in the 20 some odd years we have been together or in our almost 17 years of marriage.  Before and After Pics below.
