Century Club Card

How do I get the Century Club Card?  To date, I've lost 114 pounds and marching towards my goal!!

Congratulations!  I just stumbled on that myself fixing things on my profile.

Go to the menu bar at the top of your page where it says, "MY OH" and click on that.
On the left of your profile page where your avatar and information are, there is a menu next to your avatar and one of the options is for the Century Card.
