I typically do not weigh myself every day, but when I got up this morning I felt a little lighter so I thought, "let"s see!".  So I hopped on the scale and it was 7.5 pound HIGHER than when I weighed in a few days ago.  I knew that couldn't be right, so I cleared it out and moved the scale to another part of the floor and hopped on again.  This time it was 1.5 pounds LOWER than a few days ago.  So in a matter of 30 seconds I lost 9 pounds.  Hmmm.  Time for a new scale I think.

Girl I wouldn't have weighed a 2nd time.  I would have chunked them out the front door if they said 9 lbs higher!!!!  I have a scale addiction!

LOL!  I just read your scale post.  I lost A LOT of weight a few years back on WW'ers and used to weigh myself every day.  It got to the point that I would have nightmares about what the scale would say.  I can not do that to myself again.  I get addicted to the numbers!!!!

I do too....and lets be honest.  I'm lucky to not have any other health related illnesses other than just being overweight.  If I didn't do this to watch those numbers go down, then why go thru all this??  I did this to strickly lose weight and develop a healthier lifestyle.  If that scale isn't going down, I feel like I've turned my life upside down for nothing.

You have to find the "sweet spot" on your floor! Although it would be WONDERFUL to lose 9lbs in 30seconds. I need to lose 9lbs to hit my first goal! Send that scale to my house!
