Take a Zumba class!
I attended our support groups Zumba class last night. All of us are beginer Zumba people. I can offically say I am a white boy with NO rhythm. I can move the legs/feet, or the arms/hand, but when you do both at the same time, the fun begins.
Even with all of this I had a GREAT/FUN time and a great work out.
I will continue next week, and I found out our support person can also attend. My wife says she wants to come as this will be the closest she will come to dancing with me
So if you haven't tried, give it a try!

You are a much braver man than I am to take zumba
, but I think it is FREAKING AWESOME that you are having a blast not just doing something but having fun with exercise! Massive kudos to you for blazing a trail to where this man shall never go .

on Tuesday night and I'm still SORE. I am surprised I stuck it out the entire hour!
