Can someone help me "schedule" my vitamin intake

So, here is what I need to get in:

Nexium
Prozac
2 chewable multi's  (Doc said I could take them at the same time?)
4 500 mg calcium citrates (chewable)
1 sublingual b-12
1 chewable iron (with C)
1 "dry" vitamin D

Phew!  Up until now I was just taking the nexium, prozac, multi's and 3 calciums.  The extra pills are throwing me for a loop.  Seems like I should be taking "something" every hour or so.

Here's how I did it so far today:

Nexium in some applesauce first thing this morning
"dry" D about a 1/2 hour after
Will be having my protein shake in a bit, planned on the multi's, one calcium, and b-12.

Then I have to get the rest of the calcium and the iron in there somewhere because I can't take them together.  Can I take the iron with the D?

Here's what I do...

upon waking- 1 Corvita (iron) 1 prilosec (Both need to be taken on an empty stomach)
(traffic/commute is about an hour. So about 2 hours have passed)
Breakfast- 1 multi, and 1 of the rest of my vitamins
After lunch- 1 multi and the rest of my vitamins

This is the schedule I follow. Except that i take 3 calcium citrate. So I factored in your 4th calcium citrate in the following suggested schedule.

AM (breakfast)

1 Multivitamin
1 Calcium Citrate
1 B-12

Mid morning

1 Calcium Citrate

Lunch

1 Calcium Citrate

Dinner

1 Calcium Citrate

Bedtime

Nexium
Zoloft
1 Iron
1 D Vitamin
1 Multivitamin

Try something like this:

When you wake up: nexium
Breakfast: prozac, one  multi, D, B12, one calcium
Lunch: one multi, one calcium
Midafternoon: one calcium
Dinner: one calcium
Bedtime: iron, C

purr:  The only time you can't take calcium and a multi together is if your multi contains iron.  As was posted earlier, one interferes with the absorption of the other.  If your iron is a separate pill, then you can take the calcium and multi together.  Just take your iron at least 2 hours before or after.
