question about multi and iron
my question is since i'm taking ADDITIONAL iron, can i take my multi and calcium together or does it still need to be seperate since there is some iron in it

Maybe you could answer a related question? Post op I bought Optisource before I found out about how evil they are
. I now take Bariatric Advantage mulits. I haven't tossed the Optisource ones, but wonder if they are better than nothing or if the wrong calcium (carbonate)250 mg. combined with the 7.5 mg iron make them just bad for us. I wasn't going to take them instead of the BA multis, just extras since it makes me sick to throw away a $25 bottle of vitamins.
