Pill Stuck HELP

Hey guys.  I am a year out and have never had this happen.  Tonight I took my multi vitamin and it is stuck.  It has been more than 3 hours and it is still stuck.  I am in aweful pain and keep burping.  I fried the peanut butter and all it did was make me nausea.  Please help.

 I'd try hot tea. If that doesn't and it's still stuck tomorrow, go to the ER or call your surgeon.
