I have some Think Thin protein bars that have 20 g of protein.  I have to have gluten free items so this one works.......Is the protein fro these bars the right kind??  Here is the nut info~

I pretty much avoid protein bars.. you can get the same amount of protein in 8 oz of greek plain yogurt for 100 calories with some splenda yummers. I would rather eat other things like beef jerky ot just have a protein shake like Premier 30 grams protein for 160 calories.
I dont like the amount of fat in protein bars either.

Just my 2 cents

I eat About Time protein bars-

I can't handle sugar alcohols so I wouldn't eat these- They make me sick but lots of other people on here have talked about Think Thin and seem to like them.

CALCIUM CASEINATE is not the correct type and it is listed first so there is more of it than either of the others, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE which are both good.

I have never tried these bars.

Calcium caseinate is a milk-based protein and, although it is not whey protein isolate, it is not an incorrect type of protein for us... it is just not the very best.

They have some yummy sounding flavors.

I think if you need a gluten free bar, this is ok.  Otherwise you could probably find a better choice.

I liked the taste of them  - as a treat though. I'd stick to better sources of protein on a daily basis.

I have used the Think Thin bars for a very long time and never had a problem with them. I enjoy all of the different flavors and just be careful with the frequency of using them, as I do all other types of protein bars. Enjoy!
