Hello my name is Tina and im a popsicle addict
I swear i could eat them 24/7! Its BAAAAD people, SO BAD! I never really cared for them preop but now, omg I HAVE to have them! I must keep at least 2 bags of SF popsicles in my freezer at all times, I go thru them like candy! Im trying to even think of a way to take them to work while Im having to work onsite instead of at home this week! Maybe the cafeteria would lend me some freezer space lol!
Maybe you can make your own with Crystal Light or whatever your drink of choice is. I think Walmart sells the molds for them. That way you can save money, eat as many as you like and not worry about any sugar alcohols. Bonus is you get in your fluids.

Oh no, I'm 6 months out and have the same problem! They are the only vice I have left. The corner market near my house couldn't keep them in stock once I discovered they sold them. And they are expensive!
My Nutritionist originally told me that they count as fluid (but not very much) and I got hooked on them post op. I haven't been able to put them down and probably go through almost two boxes per week. When I checked in with her again a couple weeks ago and told her i was still eating the popsicles, she suggested I have one occaionally, here and there but not too many. She is concerned it will lead me to test the waters with non-sugar free popsicles. I highly doubt that will happen because I really LIKE the sugar free ones!
I've not tried taking them to work yet, but ocasionally take one to eat in the car on the way to work!

Ive found somet at walmart that are SF and $1.67 a bag with tons of diff flavors in them...cant beat that. I probably eat 4 a day, somtimes maybe just 3. I do hvae molds to make my own and I might try that. I just love them so much. Is the sugar alcohol so bad? How would they have sugar alcohol if they are SF?
I just looked on the Popsicle website and while they list 2 grams of sugar alcohol on their nutritional information, in the ingredients I don't recognize any. If they aren't causing any side effects like gas then I wouldn't worry about it. I know that for me sometimes I get kind of fixated on a certain food and go out and load up on it and before you know it I am on to something else. With a freezer full of things that I don't eat again.

I WAS in the same boat until my 5 week checkup and I was behind on weight loss. I had been eating 4 or so a day. Then I looked at the carbs (from sugar alcohols). *sigh* I have about 2 a week now. Don't get me wrong, I don't blame my mega-stall on the popsicles, not really. That dr visit is also what led to the 60 minutes of walking a day ....
I am soooo there with you, i am totally addicted to them i eat 4 or more a night, it's my only (so called sweet thing i eat) they are only 15 calories a pop and sugar free so no harm right?? (thats what i tell myself)
I have to buy the Big 48 count box at wegmans every week
