1 month out and weight wont move
I was expecting to loose some pretty much every day, which I was doing. For the first 3 or so weeks, I would loose a pound a DAY. Now Im 1 month out, lost 31 pounds and my weight havent moved in a week. Is that normal around this time? I dont know what I can do to make it move again, kinda getting sad about it.

31 pounds in 1 month is great. I had surgery the same day as you. I hit a stall at around the 2nd and 3rd week out. Even though I expected it to happen based on what others had said it was still tough to see the scale not moving. After all the failed weight loss attempts I've had in the past it was hard not to think that this was going to fail as well. Then about a week ago I woke up and was down 2 pounds. I have lost every day since then. Our body is not a machine and you can't expect to lose weight on schedule. Expect there are going to be times that you don't lose.
BTW, I have only lost 23 pounds since surgery.( But as of today I hit the 50 pound mark including my pre surgery diet.) 31 pounds in one month is incredible. Celebrate that .

Don't be sad, it happens to all of us, you can't lose weight every single day or even very single week. My body seems to have a pattern I lose 1-2 lbs a day for 2 weeks and then nothing for 2-3 weeks.. I'm 10 weeks out and if you add up all the weeks I've been at a "stall" it's 7 weeks out of 10 and I've still lost alot of weight. Good luck!
Congrats on the 31lbs! From week 3 until now, 6 weeks I was on a stall. I was so frustrated. Then this morning the scale moved down 3 pounds. I was like, no way. So I walked around my house and then re-weighed. Yep, broke the stall. For me, I don't know if it was because I stopped working out for a few days until last night but that might have kick started it again.
Don't be too sad it will end. I kept thinking that I was gonna be the 1 person to only lose 20 from RNY but I guess I was wrong.
