I actually Gained 3 Pounds!
Make sure you're getting enough calories & protein in, or your body thinks it needs to hold on to lbs for dear life... Patience thru a stall can be really hard but as you're sticking to your program, know you're doing it right!

Even after a week, it is still water retention... unless, of course, you somehow managed to eat over 10,000 calories MORE than you burned during the time period that those pounds appeared...

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
Normal fluctuation, thats all. Frustrating, maddening, infuriating; but, as long as you are doing whats right the wl will get moving again.
Between 4-5 mo out I fluctuated in a 14 lb range for 56 days while doing all the 'right' things. Damned near suicidal I was but I eventually got to a 'normal' weight. Thankfully my wls also had rny and understands that this is just the way some folks are made. I know its hard not to panic but really, the 3 lbs is nothing to worry about.
