Constipation I hope is over!!
Eat more fiber. Eating high amounts of protein in your diet, will get anyone constipated no matter what. Also, if you are taking iron, that will make your constipated.
I use Benefiber. Its tasteless, odorless, and non thickening. The bottle says you can have 3 servings a day. You can mix it in just about anything... i mix it in tea, coffee, soup... anything.
I also eat Metamucil Fiber Wafers.
