yesterday for my lunch break i went to DD for my decaf iced coffee, and needed to eat first. i was running out of time for my 30 minute break because of traffic. i got a grilled chicken wrap and just ate the inside next door to DD. on my drive back to work i basically ate way too fast and WOW did it feel like there was a foot stuck in my chest with chest pains and uncomfortableness for a good 30 minutes. didn't throw up but walked around which seemed to help a little. that rest of the day/night i just stuck to liquids. this morning i drank a protein shake, this afternoon i ate the inside of a grilled chicken wrap, and felt ok. when i drank fluids today i drank a lot and felt like a full feeling in my chest for liquids for a few seconds while i guess the liquid went down. nothing painful just had to drink slow. now for dinner tonight i had chilli and after 2 or 3 bites got a serious full feeling. not painful like yesterday or anything so i stopped eating.

does it take a few days for your pouch to feel better from eating too fast/too much since i did that yesterday and completely regret it? or would this be a different issue

I am not sure, but I definitely have days when I can eat more than others, and then I have days where it seems like I can't hardly eat anything... If you continue to experience pain though, please contact your surgeon... there could be something else altoguether going on, otherwise, just listen to your pouch.
