8 weeks out tomorrow, used the food tracker and was suprised!

I have been meaning to track my food intake all along, but haven't done it yet.  I have been busy and my weight loss has been fine, so I admit, I have been slacking.  So, I plugged in today what I "plan" on eating.  That could always change, but from what I put in I am eating well under 800 calories a day.  I know, that's average.  But, Holy Cow!  I have NEVER been able to eat so little, EVER!

I am just pleasantly suprised by this.  Yes, that is what having surgery was supposed to do for me, but I guess I am not used to things working when it comes to weight loss.

If you haven't tried it, give it a try!

You had surgery just 2 days after I did and my calories stay around 700-800.  Sometimes they are less, but never more than that.  I struggle to eat that much.  It's weird that we can eat so little and be satisfied isn't it?  Before surgery I could eat in 1 meal the amount of calories I eat all day now.  I always plug in my food in the mornings and stick to that for the day so I know I'm getting enough protein and everything else in.
