im close to getting back on track 100% and starting a journey that ive been wanting to do since my back surgeries.  I was wondering if anyone ahs had any issues eating honey or if there was a honey that we could tolerate or if honey was considered one of our "no - no" foods to have?

i eat, on occasion, sugar free honey.
I dump on sugar so this is a nice sweet treat that's safe for me.

Also, I recently read that honey can be a good lubricant if food gets caught in your throat. So I'm glad to have some handy.

Honey, cane sugar, maple syrup, high fructose corn syrup, etc =sugars.  Makes me dump.

Sugar free honey is artificial and I've never tasted it.
