So I decided I am going to try running.. Learn to Run, walk and run till I get up the stamina to fully run.
I need to switch up things because I am in this HUGE stall I have stopped losing for months now.
I upped what needed to be upped and I should stark tracking my foods again and incorporate the run/walk into my busy schedule..
Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it, this is my first try and I am excited to see how well I do.
Off I go   (I won't be on a horse promise)

Take it nice and slow.  and It will work.  I did the couch potatoe to 5k program last summer and tried taking it to fast and ended with painful shin splints.  rested to heal and startedback up and tok my time.  Pushed myself without breaking myself. and ultimately I did pretty well.  I actually ran a WHOLE mile without stopping which was pretty impressive to me.  of course life got inthe way and and I quit which is when I decided to do GB.  I do hope to join you once I lose some of this weight.  right now I am focusing on just walking until I get my stamina back.  Best of Luck

Good for you!! You will do great, I'm sure. I'm going to start after I am healed from my plastic surgery. Right now I have too much skin that gets in the way. Bleh!

Awesome!  Probably one of the best decisions you can make to aid in your weightloass and later in maintence is going to be exercise.

Just a few notes be sure to get good running shoes.  I always suggest going to a running specialty store and get a profesional fitting done. Running with the right shoes makes running so much more enjoyable.

Stretch before and after.  Tight muscles will lead to injury so good stretching is needed.

Hydrate!

and the most important thing HAVE FUN!

Congrats! I did the couch 2 5K program and started running. I found that I really enjoy the "me" time. The feeling you get after accomplishing a PR (personal record) is amazing! Have fun!
