chobani as a meal

so I recently got hooked on chobani greek yogurt. post op when I was allowed the dannon light and fit yogurts like a week out it didn't set well in my stomach, just felt heavy. Now 2 months out a week ago I tried the chobani with fruit, loved it. I realize its higher in carbs and sugars so I only had the fruit one twice. I now replaced it with the plain yogurt, and use 1 splenda and add a few fresh blueberries. I've been eating that for lunch or dinner, and if I still feel hungry I will add in a string cheese. that gives me 25g of protein if I eat a string cheese with it. Does anyone else replace meals(like chicken or actual meals) with a yogurt?

Because of someone on here, I can't remember who, I eat a Fage, 0% yogurt with a couple tablespoons of sf, ff cheesecake pudding mix mixed into it and for 125 calories I get 18 g of protein; so yes, I eat that as a meal quite frequently.

Tastes just like cheesecake and the consistency and everything...you can even crumble a little graham cracker in it and add some sf cheery pie filling if you want...I don't want the added calories, but I did it once or twice just for the taste and it was awesome.  I have also just cut up fresh strawberries in it after mixing the cheesecake pudding mix and that tastes fabulous too!

Yes, I do.  Often for breakfast or lunch.  Love greek yogurt.

I also will add 2-3 Tblspns of untoasted wheat germ ****oasted because it was waaaay cheaper than the toasted)  to up the protein count.  Makes it very filling though, so much that at times I can't fini****  And other times I mix in a 1/4 cup of Kashi protein cereal or Fiber One.

Sugar free pudding mix is also a great addition.  Or a few packs of True Lemon.

Yes, I do this almost every evening for supper but I always add 1 scoop of flavored whey isolate protein powder.  My favorite is Cinnamon bun and 1/2 c pumpkin puree.

I do-- I mix the chobani plain yogurt, with 1 pkg splenda and 1 spoonful of the sugar free preserves, and 1/2 cup (1/2 serving) of a kashi high protein cereal (the 9 gram go lean, go crunch etc- NOT the 13 gram one that looks and tastes twiggy!)

Me too, I like the Fage 0% greek yogurt.  I also will mix fresh fruit or sugar free jams and a little truvia.  I have it for breakfast or lunch at least 3 times a week.
