chobani as a meal
so I recently got hooked on chobani greek yogurt. post op when I was allowed the dannon light and fit yogurts like a week out it didn't set well in my stomach, just felt heavy. Now 2 months out a week ago I tried the chobani with fruit, loved it. I realize its higher in carbs and sugars so I only had the fruit one twice. I now replaced it with the plain yogurt, and use 1 splenda and add a few fresh blueberries. I've been eating that for lunch or dinner, and if I still feel hungry I will add in a string cheese. that gives me 25g of protein if I eat a string cheese with it. Does anyone else replace meals(like chicken or actual meals) with a yogurt?
Tastes just like cheesecake and the consistency and everything...you can even crumble a little graham cracker in it and add some sf cheery pie filling if you want...I don't want the added calories, but I did it once or twice just for the taste and it was awesome. I have also just cut up fresh strawberries in it after mixing the cheesecake pudding mix and that tastes fabulous too!

Yes, I do. Often for breakfast or lunch. Love greek yogurt.
I also will add 2-3 Tblspns of untoasted wheat germ ****oasted because it was waaaay cheaper than the toasted) to up the protein count. Makes it very filling though, so much that at times I can't fini**** And other times I mix in a 1/4 cup of Kashi protein cereal or Fiber One.
Sugar free pudding mix is also a great addition. Or a few packs of True Lemon.
