Odd Feeling

For the past 2 weeks I have had an odd feeling kind of under my rib cage on the left side.  When sitting(or slouching when I sit) or laying down it feels like I have have an organ or tumor or something like a beach ball there.  A place where it doesn't belong.  When I push on the area it doesn't hurt and I don't feel anything out of the ordanary - like something sticking out or anything. 

Any thoughts?

I have a surgeon check up on Tuesday.  I hope he doesn't look at me like I am crazy.  I fell a lot of weird things that i don't know if they are normal or not because these areas used to be heavily covered in fat.
