Anybody eat pickles after RNY? 4 weeks out as of Wednesday of this week.

 I had a pickle spear last night, I am 4 months out... It took awhile to eat, and as much as I wanted it, it didn't go down to well... Love the fact they are zero cal, but hate that they are HIGH in sodium....

Yes - Sometimes I want something salty and crunchy after my protein so I eat a few dill chips.  I always have a small jar of hamburger dill chips in my fridge at home and at work.

I am creating my own revolution and PAMdemonium reigns!

Kroger has a low sodium pickle.
The Kroger sugar free Bread & Butter chips reports 0 calories and 1g carb on the label per serving. There are 9 servings in a 16oz jar.
Kroger goes by different names in different markets.

Not to sound like a jerk but really the only thing you should focus on at 4 weeks out is protein.  If you keep thinking about what your cravings you will make yourself crazy, because oneday your head is going to say can I have some cake, or something like that.

Focus on Protein and Fluids and you will do fine.
