B12

I found some B12 sublingual at WalMart for $4.00 it is Spring Valley brand they are only 500mcg so I would need 2 a day to get the the 1000mcg I get in the Bariatric Advantage 1 pill, but for $4.00 I will gladly take 2 a day.  There is 200 pills in the bottle so that'll last 100 days, which I think is an amazing deal.  Just wanted to share this find with anyone who might be needing to find a cheaper vitamin

Thanks for the tip!  I have been thinking about stocking up on a few necessities before my upcoming surgery.  Adding Walmart to the shopping list.  Thanks!

Do they dissolve?   I bought some that are 5000 mcg, too but they dissolve on your tongue so that the can be assorbed into your system.   I was under the impression that you needed them to disolve rapidly so that they were absorbed--but i could be wrong.

Sublingual, yes it disolves under your tongue.  That is what I got.
