Restless hands

Wondering if anyone can help me with this.

Lately (past 2 weeks) i have noticed that my hands start to tingle and it eventually goes up into my forearm.

When my hands are resting on my lap, desk or sides I notice that they pulse constantly. Like I just cant keep them still . Then I will notice that my thumbs start to gravitate under my index finger like forming a lobster claw.

I just talked to my dr's office and was advised to increase my B-12 dosage. I was taking 2500 mcg a week. She told me to do 10000 mcg.

Anyone have any insight?

Hmmm, your thumb gravitating to your index finger. Is like muscle cramping? Maybe you need more fluids. The tingling I don't know about. Might be that you need additional supplamental vitamins. I hope everything works itself out.

Wow crazy to read this... I had the same thing happen to me and it scared the he** out of me! My doc told me it was due to not enough electrolytes in my body. And I was probably a little dehydrated. Once I drank a little that seemed to go away.
Hope that helps a little.
