Iron...is this the right kind??

I do not know if the iron I found is the right kind can someone please tell me?????

I do believe the one you linked to is constipating :-(  I think that's the one I started out on--trust me--you want carbonyl iron!

is there a certain type of iron we need?? does it have to have vitamin C in it or can i take a vitamin C seperate??

Please someone tell me so I know what is the right one to buy, I have to buy it tomorrow I am out and need it, I just dont know what one to get and I cant order online since it wont get here tomorrow!!

Feosol Carbonyl iron.  Separate vitamin C is okay.  Walmart has it.
