My 1st Goal Achieved!

I am 7 1/2 months from surgery and my initial goal is finally met! My initial goal was to get to 230. I weighed in at 227 this morning! The doctor's goal for me is 175 which is my new ultimate goal. I have no doubt that I will reach it, but my initial goal has been met. I am so excited! I started at 356 in November. I have lost 129 pounds so far and feel great!!!

Sounds like you are doing something right.....That is awesome.  I am having surgery on 8/11 and I am trying to figure out how much weight I can lose before my cousins wedding (this wedding will be like a high school reunion for me)  I know that is nervy but that is how my mind works..lol

Amazing!  Good job.  It is no small feat to lose 129 lbs, that is real commitment and dedication.  Congratulations, there is nothing stopping you from hitting that 175 goal!!
