GOAL!!!!
Did ya'll hear me scream this morning?!?! 165lbs was a total surprise!
After having knee replacement surgery mid-June I was concerned I'd gain weight from the inactivity but seems the opposite has occured. I had heard anesthesia can kick start losses again and it must be true, I've lost 18lbs since the knee surgery less than a month ago!
I got on the scale this morning just out of curiosity because my undies seemed a little loose. I literally screamed when I saw 165lbs!!! I was OK at 180lbs because I've got so many other things to measure my success but I have to admit, those numbers in that metal box on the floor still mean alot even if I don't want them to!
Thanks to you all for your support, especially you vets that were around in 2009 and 2010 when I really needed so much hand holding!
Yee Haw...I'm going shopping!

Congrats on hitting your goal. Mine is getting closer and I can't wait to get there. I would be ok if I stayed where I was right now, but I'm so ealry out I am hoping that those last 15 lbs come off before 6 months or so. Keep up the great work. I am so inspired by everyone here on this site and I know that I can do this.
Yay, Dee!! So happy for you!! Glad to hear from you, long-time OH friend. Keep up the good work!!
I hope you knee is healing nicely...
