10 months out and now my "stomach" decides to be upset?
I'm 10 months out and since Wednesday afternoon, my "stomach" area has been upset and I've had constant diarrhea since then. I've been trying to keep up on my fluids to make sure I don't get dehydrated, but protein has been a struggle. I haven't felt like this since my first month after surgery. Anyone have any ideas of what I can do or has anyone else felt like this? It has been hotter than heck here and it's supposed to be 100+ until next Wednesday. TIA!
most likely - food poisoning.
