I think I'm jealous!  lol  I can't have the english muffin for six more months and I according to my surgeon and nut, iceberg lettuce is a permanent no-no.  My meals so far today are cottage cheese with blueberries, pure protein shake, fish with steamed veggies (in a little bit for lunch).

Chicken curry and potatoes

Whole grain crackers and hummus

 Breakfast was cottage cheese with protein mixed in. 27.5 g protein

lunch leftover stuffed zucchini

Dinner no idea as we are running errands tonight.

2 snacks somewhere in all that probably some almonds or jerky

Breakfast: scrambled egg beaters with 1oz cheese (11g protein)

Snack: Starbucks Tall Skinny Vanilla Latte (9g protein)

Lunch: 2oz baked chicken breast (deli sliced) and 2 strawberries (14g protein)

Snack: 4oz Low carb/sugar yogurt cup with 1/4 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed in (6g protein)

Dinner: RTD Premeir Nutrition chocolate protein shake (30g protein) 

Snack: Sugar Free banana ice pop
