New shoes and new nsv

 Thank you all for the info on the shoes.  I had no idea that worn out shoes could cause me so much pain.

SO!!  I got these new freakin shoes that were a bajillion bucks with custom made insoles and elastic ties so I never have to tie my shoes again    Okay, the main reason for the elastic shoe laces is because 1. they are purple and that's just cool, and 2 I have arthritis in my left big toe from breaking it and not getting to looked at as I should have

In these new shoes, I didn't just walk my 2 miles, I walked 2.5 miles and could have walked even further.  WITH NO BLISTER PAIN!!!!!!!  I'm thinking I need to up my milage again
